Since January 2025, Christian Wibbe is leading the Berlin office of Miebach Consulting GmbH. He steps into the role following Dr. Wolfram Süssenguth’s well-earned retirement after years of shaping Miebach’s success as COO of Miebach Germany and Head of the Berlin office.
With thriving locations in Frankfurt, Munich, and Berlin and a culture that is based on collaboration and growth, Miebach is looking ahead with confidence. At the same time, the company is actively seeking new talent to join its team and help drive the next phase of innovation.

Christian Wibbe brings extensive experience from over two decades at Miebach. As Head of Business Unit, he has been responsible for the Industrial Products & Mobility Solutions segments since April 2020. He has been part of the management team since 2011 and, as a partner, is responsible for the strategic development and global expansion of the automotive market segment, including the development of new markets, innovative services and the training of new talent.
This next-generation leadership shift signals Miebach’s commitment to growth, innovation, and a strong future. With an ambitious team and a clear vision, the company is ready to make an even bigger impact.
