90 Days: Countless Learnings. Great People. Exciting Opportunities.

Last week marked my first 90 days as Managing Director of Miebach Brazil, and I could not be more grateful for the journey so far.

These first few months have been intense, inspiring, and full of opportunities to reconnect with what I enjoy most: helping organizations turn their supply chains into a true competitive advantage.

In just three months, I have had the privilege of:

• • • Building relationships with new clients across a wide range of industries, understanding their strategic priorities, and exploring how supply chain transformation can accelerate business performance.

• • • Representing Miebach Brazil at our Annual Meeting in Frankfurt, where I collaborated with colleagues from around the world, exchanged best practices, and aligned on our global vision.

• • • Taking part in our LATAM Summit in Buenos Aires, strengthening collaboration across Latin America and sharing experiences around the unique challenges and opportunities in our region.

One of the things that has impressed me most is the breadth of impact our teams create every day.

From Supply Chain Strategy and Network Design to Warehouse and Distribution Center Engineering, Automation, Digital Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and End-to-End Transformation, I have seen firsthand how our multidisciplinary teams combine deep technical expertise with practical execution to solve complex business challenges. 

Every client project reinforces the same lesson: successful supply chains do not result from isolated initiatives. They emerge when strategy, engineering, technology, and people come together in integrated solutions that deliver measurable business value. 

These first 90 days have also reinforced something I have always believed: the best solutions come from collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. Every client conversation, every exchange with colleagues, and every new challenge has strengthened my conviction that Miebach’s greatest differentiator is the combination of exceptional people, global expertise, and an unwavering commitment to delivering results. 

A sincere thank you to my colleagues in Brazil and around the world for the warm welcome, collaboration, and trust. I am also deeply grateful to our clients for allowing us to be part of their transformation journeys. 

Ninety days are only the beginning. I am excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to continuing to help organizations design smarter, more resilient, and future-ready supply chains.
