Manuel González Yáñez is a Senior Principal at Miebach and Head of Strategy & Growth, leading strategic initiatives across Latin America. With over 25 years of experience in supply chain consulting and business transformation, he has advised leading organizations in more than 14 countries, delivering over 80 projects across end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution.
He specializes in supply chain transformation, demand planning (IBP/S&OP), go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence. Manuel brings a holistic perspective, integrating supply chain, commercial, and operational priorities to drive sustainable growth and long-term performance.
Throughout his career, Manuel has partnered with leading multinational and regional companies. His experience includes distribution network design, go-to-market strategy, end-to-end supply chain assessments, and operating model definition to enhance efficiency, scalability, and market responsiveness.
Manuel is recognized for connecting strategy with execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and leading complex transformation programs at both operational and executive levels. In his role as Head of Strategy & Growth, he drives Miebach’s regional growth agenda, strengthens client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities.
In terms of his academic background, Manuel holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Logistics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico).
