Guillermo Ericastilla is a Senior Consultant at Miebach with over 12 years of experience in Supply Chain, combining strong consulting capabilities with hands-on operational leadership across logistics, inventory management, and production environments. He brings a results-driven approach focused on improving efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
He specializes in demand planning, inventory control, and logistics process optimization, with extensive experience in S&OP, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Guillermo has also led the implementation of ERP and WMS solutions, bridging operational needs with system design and execution.
Prior to joining Miebach, Guillermo held key leadership roles in industry and financial services, including Head of Inventory Control and Logistics and Operations Manager. This experience allows him to combine strategic analysis with practical, execution-oriented solutions.
