Natascha Redeker has been with Miebach Consulting since 2016 and currently serves as a manager.
With extensive experience in IT projects, including system implementation and tendering, she transitioned in 2018 to lead training initiatives for clients across diverse industries.
Since 2022, she has held the role of Competence Lead for People and Organization, specializing in training, coaching, organizational change management, and organizational design. A subject matter expert in coaching, she supports projects both in Germany and internationally.
Natascha holds a B.A. in International Business Administration and is pursuing certification as a systems theory coach.
