When I started my journey at Miebach Argentina, I never imagined how far this experience would take me. Over time, I had the opportunity to expand my career and relocate to Brazil, where I faced new challenges and discovered different work dynamics in a completely new environment. Adapting to a new professional culture pushed me to develop greater flexibility and a more global perspective of the business.
Throughout this journey, I specialized in Supply Chain Guru and deepened my involvement in strategic projects such as Network Design, Production Footprint, and Transportation Optimization. These experiences equipped me with the tools to deliver high-impact solutions, always supported by a global team of experts.
For over two years now, I’ve been continuously involved in large-scale international projects for leading companies. Each new challenge reinforces my passion for long-term, strategic initiatives, where decisions truly transform the supply chain and drive client growth.
One of the things I value most about working at Miebach is the opportunity to collaborate with teams across different regions. Interacting with people from diverse cultures not only enriches every project but also strengthens a professional network where there’s always something new to learn.
I also had the opportunity to participate in international Miebach trainings in Spain and Germany, exchanging knowledge with colleagues from all over the world and gaining a broader industry perspective. These are experiences that leave a lasting mark and reinforce my sense of belonging.
To me, Miebach is more than just a company, it’s a platform for growth. What inspires me the most is that, even with globally distributed teams, the spirit remains the same: commitment, closeness, and the drive to always go one step further.
I’m excited for what’s ahead. I want to keep growing, contributing to the company’s growth as well, knowing that every challenge is a new opportunity to make a real impact through my role.
