USA | Supply Chain Planning Consultant

In this role, you will grow our supply chain planning practice, oversee multiple large-scale projects, and cultivate high-visibility C-suite customer relationships. Tasks

1. Project Leadership:

- Recognize, assess, and execute enhancements in supply planning utilizing statistical methods, supply planning principles, S&OP best practices, and emerging software technology capabilities.
- Establishes and oversees critical collaborations necessary for supply planning. Leads efforts to foster cooperation and agreement on plans, as well as cross-functional relationships. This involves identifying S&OP KPIs, implementing structured monthly reporting, resolving cross-functional issues, supporting financial alignment, and ensuring transparency in capacity and supplier reviews
- Work across a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure collaborative improvements, adaptation, and implementation of new processes and software systems to support rapidly changing business requirements.
- Drives long-term strategies to enhance demand forecast accuracy, particularly with changing variability and longer planning horizons.
- Lead and contribute to the monthly S&OP process in coordination with the SIOP planners

2. Team Development:

- Grow a team with direct report responsibility for Supply Chain Planning services
- Develop and organize a knowledge base and training for Supply Chain Planning related topics

3. Customer Relationship Development:

- Build and maintain strong C-suite customer relationships, providing high-visibility solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and provide effective solutions.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business or related
Extensive knowledge of S&OP process
Deep understanding of supply chain functions, leading practices, and issues
5 years of experiences in the following areas: S&OP, Forecasting, Advanced Planning Software, Policy development and performance tracking, Leading and organizing cross-functional teams
Competent with measuring and analyzing supply chain costs
Consulting experience is a plus
