Martín Layun joined Miebach in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in supply chain consulting.
He started as a junior consultant and made all his career until becoming Director and partner of the group, and recently COO of the Argentinian & Brazilian offices.
During his career he has led a great number of projects for different clients and industries in the region (Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay), while leading and developing the internal teams, operations and business strategy, together with the local Steering Committee.
He has an Industrial Engineering degree and is a member of the Argentinian Logistics Association (ARLOG) and the Council of Supply Chain Professional (CSCMP). He’s also representative in the region for the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Global Industry Practice at Miebach.
He has worked with consumer goods, fashion, eCommerce, retail, pharma, spare parts, chemicals and 3PLs industries, among others.
