Miebach Poland announces changes in its leadership team. Lukas Jatta has been appointed as new Managing Director and CEO for Miebach Poland, taking over the role from Marian Jezusek who will retire after a 30+ year career with the firm. As part of a strategic move for future growth, Miebach Poland has furthermore extended the management team to guide the company forward.
Lukas has been a pivotal figure in the Miebach Group, bringing in depth knowledge and leadership to the role with a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in supply chain consulting. He has been a Partner of the Miebach Group since 2013 and holds special expertise in designing and realizing supply chains as well as highly automated logistic solutions across various sectors and countries in Europe.

Marian Jezusek said, “Since founding the Miebach office in Poland in 2003, the office has experienced excellent growth. I am proud of what we achieved together with Kornelia Lis-Jezusek as Head of Finance and Human Resources and the entire Polish team. As the previous management team, we are both handing over the reins to the next generation in the best year in the history of Miebach Poland and look forward to continuing to support the team and ensuring a smooth transition. We are sure that the future of Miebach Poland will be in the best hands under the leadership of Lukas Jatta."
Marian began his journey with Miebach in 1992 as a mechanical engineer. He spent nearly two decades working in Miebach's offices in Frankfurt and Berlin, and during this time he primarily oversaw detail planning and implementation projects. Starting in 1998, he embarked on the company's expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. After being named Partner in 2003, Marian opened Miebach Poland's branch in Adamowice, Upper Silesia, in 2004. In 2009, Miebach Poland was converted to an independent limited liability company, and has been situated in Gliwice since 2018.
