Ramon Guignard is an expert in the Digital and Engineering Department at Miebach Consulting.
His expertise spans from supply chain processes, digitalization, WMS integration and concept development to supporting intralogistics tender submission and realization projects. In addition, he has extensive industry knowledge in manufacturing, e-commerce, 3PL, pharma, as well as the plastics and metal processing industries. Recent projects include the implementation of new WMS systems, conducting logistics audits, and managing large-scale automation projects. His prior professional background is in the semiconductor industry as a design engineer and in the management of a logistics and export department. He had already carried out numerous infrastructure, software and hardware projects before finally joining Miebach in 2021.
He holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Bern University of Applied Sciences, an EMBA and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from FHNW with a focus on supply chain management.
