Jürgen Hess began his career at Miebach in Frankfurt in 1992. After various international assignments, in which he founded the Miebach offices in India and the USA, he took over the management of SC Strategy in 1998. He developed it into a core element of the Miebach Group.
In this position, he primarily expanded the company's global offering and assumed responsibility for the logistics service provider and after-sales market. In 2001, he became the chair of Miebach Consulting Germany. In 2003, he was appointed CEO of the Miebach Group together with Martin Eckert.
Jürgen has international project experience in various markets such as Australia, China, India, Great Britain, Japan and the USA. He is a member of the LogiMAT trade fair advisory board and the German Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME).
He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
