After nearly 20 years holding management positions in several FMCG companies, Xavier Farrés joined Miebach in 2013, in Barcelona, as a Manager, performing duties within Business Development and leading initiatives with both national and international clients.
In February of 2024, Xavier joined the UK team as Managing Director of the Oxford office.
Xavier is an expert in S&OP and Planning, Network Design, Customer Service, Target Operating Model, Change Management, and Implementation and has experience in all kinds of industries, mainly in FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Service Logistics Providers, and Manufacturing.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from the University of Technology Sidney.
