Victoria Ma is serving as the Head of Supply Chain Transformation and the Head of Digital Innovation for North America in Miebach, working on digitally enhanced decision-making initiatives to create supply chains for the future. She specializes in Supply Chain Strategy, Digitalization, Advanced Analytics.
Victoria started her career with Miebach Consulting in 2012 as a project engineer in the Indianapolis office and moved to the Montreal office in 2017, but she has global project experience across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America. She has a background in Industrial Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science.
In addition to growing advanced analytics and AI in supply chain, Victoria has also shared insights on the growing presence of women in the supply chain and logistics sector, advocating for further empowerment to reach senior roles. She was named recipient of Supply and Demand Chain Executive's Women in Supply Chain in 2021.
