Michael joined the Miebach team in 2021 as the Director of Engineering and Operational Excellence for North America and is primarily located in the Indianapolis office.
He brings 20+ years of experience in the 3PL arena that concluded with C-level responsibilities, along with a prior 10+ years’ experience as an engineering director in the packaging field. His experience has included both domestic and international exposure extending to both Asia and Europe.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, an MS in Supply Chain, an MBA from Elmhurst University, and has been an adjunct professor for over 10 years.
His international experience spans across the United States, Asia, and Europe in projects focusing on Operations, Warehousing, Packaging. He is a past board member NWPCA/IOPP/WCTC.
