Juan Madero has joined Miebach in 2012 and has several years of experience in supply consulting.
He started as a junior consultant and quickly advanced his career. He then got promoted to Senior Project Manager, specializing in change management and implementation projects.
In 2022, he assumed the role of Business Development Manager for the regional market (Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay) and was named partner in 2023.
In the last year, he has been working in the increase of the market share and awareness, and the empowerment of the commercial strategy. He has an Industrial Engineering degree and has worked in many different industries over the years.
He has experience working with 3PL, eCommerce, pharma, fashion and aeronautical industries.
