Jason began his career with Miebach Consulting in 2018 as a Senior Consultant for the North American office.
Jay specializes in organizational behavior and operational excellence and frequently serves his clients’ executive teams as a program and project manager in large-scale transformations. In 2020, he became one of the founding members of Miebach’s Center of Excellence – Change Management and is currently serving as its leader.
Jay is also a member of our Transformation Office, responsible for guiding internal colleagues through strategic initiatives. He has international project experience across Europe, The United States, Canada, & LATAM.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and two Masters degrees from Everglades University and Purdue University.
